Applicants seek condonation of delay of 373 days caused in filing application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the appeal in default and praying for restoring the first appeal to its original position. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed and the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. First appeal shall stand restored to its original position. The applicants shall remove the office objections within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The civil application is disposed of.
