Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant has a good case on merit. The impugned award is likely to be executed. Hence, it may be stayed.

There shall be interim stay to the execution of the impugned award on the condition to deposit the entire amount of the compensation within six weeks from today.

If the amount is not deposited as per time granted, the stay would be vacated automatically.

5.

There shall be no further extension of time to deposit the entire amount of compensation.
