The petitioners are alleging that the order dated 26.02.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.15001 of 2017 has not been complied with.

We have perused the directions issued by this Court in paragraph 3 of the order under Contempt which reads thus :- "3.

The Headmaster shall submit the salary bills to the Education Officer for a period of January - 2017 till date expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from today. If the salary bills cannot be submitted online, then the same shall be submitted offline. On receipt of the salary bills, the Education Officer shall process the said salary bills in accordance with law and pass orders within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the salary bills." From the contents of order, we find that the directions are only to the extent of submitting the bills and passing appropriate order by the Education Officer.

Learned Counsel, Mr.Pulkundwar, submits that pursuant to the bills submitted, the Education Officer has taken a decision and has also released the arrears of salary. We, therefore, find that the order under contempt has been complied with.

Though Mr. Salgare, learned Counsel for the petitioner, disputes the quantum of the amount, we find that this is not the scope of the Contempt Petition. If the petitioners have any grievance about the quantum, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedy as available in law.

The Contempt Petition, thus, stands disposed of along with the pending Civil Application.
