Heard Mr. Nikam learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 100 days caused in filing the present revision application.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein. Applicant explained that applicant is old aged person and he was suffering from viral infection. Considering the submissions, reasons are plausible. Any inconvenience caused to the respondents can be compensated by giving some costs. 4.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/-(Rs. Three Thousand) to the respondents. Costs to be paid/deposited within a period of three weeks from today. Once the costs is paid, civil revision application be registered and place for further consideration before this Court.
