The learned AGP submits on instruction that it is brought to his notice, after filing of the Review Application, that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP nos. 4785/2023 and 4786/2023 filed by the Municipal Council. The fact of the dismissal of the SLPs was not intimated to the learned AGP before he filed the review applications. Now it is brought to his notice that the Town Planning and Valuation Department, Directorate of Town Planning, Pune, Government of Maharashtra has issued two orders on 23.02.2024 in both the writ lands. He is instructed to state that the

Both the said orders are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' in the respective review applications. 3.
