ORDER

Heard rival submissions.

The appellant/claimant is seeking restoration of his Civil Application for condonation of delay i.e. C.A. No. 6699 of 2017 by setting aside dismissal order dated 22.01.2021 and also by condoning the delay of 856 days in filing this Civil Application. 3.

Though, the learned A.G.P. resisted the application, but considering the statutory right of the applicant and reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (B) subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits from the date of delay till the date of this order.
