The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, while issuing notice to the respondents on 12/12/2023 in Writ Petition No. 15164 of 2023, had directed the petitioner to remove the office objections within five weeks, failing which the petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that inadvertently, the office objections were not removed and, consequently, the petition came to be dismissed. He submits that thereafter, the present application is filed seeking restoration of the Writ Petition by condoning delay of 28 days caused in filing the present application. 3.

Considering the submissions, the delay of 28 days is condoned, and the order dated 12/12/2023, to the extent of directing dismissal of the Writ Petition No.15164 of 2023, stands recalled.

The petitioner is granted liberty to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks, failing which the order dated 12/12/2023 shall stand restored.
