In view of the fact that the order dated 06 November 2023, recorded that the petitioners were reimbursed with the tuition fees for some period and for the remaining, it was to be reimbursed within two months. Hence, the contempt proceedings has been filed. Since the compliance has not been made, by way of this petition the petitioners are seeking revival of the contempt proceeding.
