The petitioner has been seeking reimbursement of tuition fees and other expenses as per the State Policy and pursuant to the direction of which implementation has been sought.

The contempt petition was disposed of by the order dated 06.11.2023 on the basis of communication dated 03.11.2023 placed by the learned AGP on record stating that four years tuition fees was reimbursed. The order expressly mentioned that if the compliance was not made, the petition would be revived.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per the communication dated 28.04.2023 received by the Commissioner of Social Welfare Pune from the Social Justice Department stating that the

2 935.Civ.Appln.1918-2024.doc petitioner was entitled to a free-ship to the tune of Rs.19,12,500/-. However he has merely been paid Rs.17,00,000/- and odd. 4.

The contempt proceeding is revived.

Issue simple notice to the respondent, returnable on 02.04.2024. 6.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
