Once again the State makes a statement that the matters pending before the Principal Seat of this Court are identical, the hearing in the matters has concluded on 01.03.2024 and are now reserved for judgment.

The learned Senior Advocate representing the Petitioners makes a statement on instructions that the matters at the Principal Seat are not identical. He also submits that the praecipe moved before the Hon'ble

919-CA-2211-2024+.odt the Chief Justice for clubbing of these matters to be heard at the Principal Seat, was not considered and the Hon'ble the Chief Justice directed the parties to file a miscellaneous application.

We direct the AGP to place a copy of the Petitions filed at the Principal Seat, before us on 15.03.2024 for perusal. So also, status of the miscellaneous application also be brought to our notice. The State would also enter an affidavit-inreply before 15th March, 2024. 4.
