The applicant was allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lacs) by the earlier order. He submits that out of Rs.55,00,000/- (Rupees Five Fifty Lacs) around Rs.19,00,000/- (Rupees Ninteen Lacs) were expended on the medication. However, he has not explained about remaining amount lying with him.
