Considering the fact that petition is pending since 2018, coupled with the fact that similar petitions are awaiting decision at the Principal Seat and incidentally were directed to the listed today itself, it would be appropriate that petition itself is heard finally at the stage of admission .

By way of last indulgence, we grant an opportunity to the respondents who have not filed affidavit in reply as yet to file it within a period of two (02) weeks from today, else we would be constrained to proceed to decide the petition finally.
