The learned counsel for the applicants filed on record a pursis dated 09/08/2024 alongwith death certificate of respondent No.3(X) Jasudabai Barku Suryawanshi and mentioned that her legal representatives are already on record as respondent Nos.3(I) to 3(IX). As such, respondent NO.3(X) be shown as since deceased. 2.
