The matter is settled in Lok Adalat. Learned AGP appearing for the respondent seeks extension of six weeks for depositing the amount in terms of the settlement. Time is extended by a period of six weeks subject to condition that amount will be deposited alongwith accrued interest. 3.

Order regarding withdrawal will be passed, once the amount is deposited.
