Mr. Jayabhar, learned counsel for the applicant points out that the order dated 6th March 2025, passed by this Court, thereby extending the time to deposit the award amount pursuant to the settlement in Lok Adalat by six weeks from 6th March 2025. Mr. Jayabhar, however, points out that despite this, till today, no such deposit has been made by the acquiring body. 2.

Mr. Hange, learned AGP assures that he will take instructions in the matter as early as possible and seeks time to deposit the amount in this Court as per the settlement.

Time to deposit such amount together with accrued interest is extended by a further period of eight weeks.
