My attention is adverted to the order passed by the Panel of National Lok Adalat on 09.09.2023 wherein it has been recorded that amount of compensation was already deposited by the State and withdrawn by the claimant. There was no necessity to seek any extension of time for depositing the amount and the order dated 06.03.2025 would not culminate into obligation upon the State to deposit any further amount in pursuance of disposal of the appeal.
