PER COURT :- 1.

Since the entire claim of Gangubai Rambhau alias Ramchandra Kolhe, the applicant in Regular Darkhast No. 48/2020, has been satisfied, and the learned counsel appearing for the original applicant in the Regular Darkhast has also accepted that the amounts have been received by them in terms of the decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.319/2014 dated 08/08/2019, the impugned order dated 03/10/2023 below Exhibit 38 for attachment is quashed and set aside.

The original claimants submit that they have filed an application with the MIDC for the allotment of plots for the project-affected persons. Page 1 of

Liberty is granted to the applicant to pursue the same with the MIDC. The MIDC may take appropriate decisions on the said applications in accordance with the law. However, I have not expressed anything on the merits regarding the entitlement of the applicants to receive such plot.

With the above observations, the petition and the application stand disposed of.
