Learned advocate for the applicants submits that present civil application is filed for bringing legal heirs of respondent No. 1A on record. It is his contention that, though in the application it has been stated that there is delay of 683 days in filing the application, however, prayer to that effect has remained to be incorporated in the prayer clause. Therefore, he is seeking amendment in the civil application. 4.

Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

After carrying out amendment, issue notice to proposed legal heirs of Respondent No. 1A, returnable four weeks thereafter.
