After arguing the matter for some time Mr. S. R. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a representation to the respondents/authorities for allotment of suitable place to carry out mere permissible business. He submits that the petitioner is a handicapped person and the respondents may consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically. 2.
Mr. A. G. Talhar, learned DSG fairly submits that if the petitioner makes such representation, it might be considered by the authorities taking into consideration the prevailing schemes and policies.
