Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is heard substantially.

During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, made statement that both Petitioners have filed applications on 15.05.2024 for deleting their names from the Namuna 8 in respect of Gut Nos. 596 and 759. He is however unable to make statement with regard to action taken by the Grampanchayat in this regard.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent has drawn attention of the Court that the Gut No. 596 is not involved in these Petitions but Gut No.595 is involved. 4.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 - Block Development Officer to ensure that the entire

record in respect of these Guts is produced before this Court on the next date of hearing. He is further directed to call for the record indicating payment of taxes in respect of these Guts. Record be placed before this Court without fail on the next date of hearing. 5.

Stand over to 07.05.2025. Part heard.

Interim relief to continue till next date of hearing.
