The practical difficulty is expressed by learned counsel for appellant/insurance company that newspaper Divya Marathi does not have circulation in district Nanded so as to cause substituted mode of service through newspaper. By order dated 23.01.2025, this Court permitted the appellant to serve respondent No.6 through newspaper and newspaper of Divya Marathi was proposed for effecting service. Appellant is permitted to serve respondent No.6 through newspaper "Punya Nagari", which is having circulation in Nanded district.

Office is directed to take appropriate steps and if such a newspaper is produced shall accept the same within a period of four weeks.
