Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04-072024. 2.

It is the case of false involvement of the offending vehicle insured with the applicant. There was inordinate delay in roping the offending vehicle in the accident.

Considering the submissions and grounds raised in the appeal, there shall be interim stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award till the next date on the condition to deposit entire compensation amount as per the impugned judgment and award within eight weeks from today.

Failing to deposit the money as stated above, would result in vacating the stay automatically.

There shall be no extension of time to deposit the money as directed above.
