This civil application is presented for bringing the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No. 5 on record by setting aside the abatement order by condoning the delay of 1772 days. 2.

Heard learned counsel for applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to deposit of costs of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only), to be paid to Government Cancer Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, within a period of two weeks from today. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3542 OF 2024 IN WP/7995/2011 1.
