Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the Claimant injured was driving the bike with three pillion riders. He himself was negligent in causing an accident. Therefore, he is not entitle for to compensation. However, the appellant has a good case on merit. Considering the submission and the grounds there shall be interim stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award till next date on

a) The applicant shall deposit entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon as per the impugned judgment and award within eight weeks from today.

b) There shall be no extension of time for depositing money of award.
