Mr. B. R. Survase, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the connected matters arising out of the same impugned judgment and award which is subject matter of present first appeal, were settled in the National Lok Adalat held on 08.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that those connected matters as well as the present first appeal are covered by the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 along with corrigenda dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018. He further submits that in view of the Government Resolution
( 2 ) 12 CA 3646 OF 2026 and corrigenda, the applicant has withdrawn those first appeals. He also submits that the issue of interest is settled by the Full Bench judgment in the case of State of Maharashtra v. Kailash Shiva Rangari , reported in 2016 (4) ALL MR 513. He submits that for the quoted reasons, the present first appeal be also disposed of.

In view of the above and relying on the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the present first appeal stands disposed of in view of the Government Resolution and corrigenda referred supra. 4.
It is observed that the issue of interest as settled by the Full Bench judgment in the case of Kailash Shiva Rangari (supra) is binding on all as of now.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.3646 OF 2026 5.
This is civil application for transmitting the amount deposited by the appellant/applicant in this Court to the Executing Court. 6.
For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed.

The amount deposited by the appellant/applicant in this Court shall be transmitted to the Executing Court along with interest with liberty to the claimants to withdraw the same.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
