Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that an offence was registered against an unknown person. After two months of the accident, the insured vehicle has been involved in the crime. There is serious doubt about the involvement of the offending vehicle in the accident. These facts came before the learned Tribunal but were not considered. Hence, considering the submission and the grounds of appeal there shall be interim

18ca3679.24 stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award till next date on conditions that : a) The applicant shall deposit entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon as per the impugned judgment and award within eight weeks from today.

b) There shall be no extension of time for depositing money of award.
