Learned counsel Mr. Gatne points out that on 08.08.2016, this Court had directed learned counsel to submit a draft of public notice with the Registry of this Court within two weeks as legal heirs of deceased respondent no.7 were not known. Learned counsel makes oral request to modify the said order.

In view of the above, the order dated 08.08.2016 stands modified today and accordingly, Registry to supply prepared format of public notice to the learned counsel for the appellant, who shall further take steps to see that it is published in any daily newspaper circulated in Aurangabad District.

Learned counsel seeks permission to publish the public notice, after its receipt form the Registry, in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Edition of daily newspaper Loksatta. Permission is accordingly granted. After paper publication is issued, copy of the same be placed on record on or before the next date. 4.
