Applicants seek to condone delay ranging from 2157 to
2 55 & 56 ca 3879.24 2168 days caused in preferring first appeals. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay deserves to be condoned. It is further submitted that applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. 2.
The contents of the applications have not been controverted by the respondents. No mala fides can be inferred on the part of the applicants in preferring appeals belatedly. Applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed.
