The learned Advocate for the Applicant - Intervenor submits that, the Applicant which is the Education Society runs the Respondent No.7 - School wherein the Petitioner was working. He submits that the Petitioner was debarred from appearing the TET examination by order dated 03.08.2022 passed by Respondent No.2 - The Maharashtra State Council of Examination. He submits that the Petitioner had challenged the order passed by Respondent No.2. He submits that the Applicant being the Management of Respondent No.7 - School is the necessary party in the Petition.

In view of the above submission, the Application is allowed. The Petitioner shall make necessary amendment in the Petition and to add the Applicant - Intervenor as Respondent No.8 and serve the copy of the Appeal Memo to the Applicant. The Application stands disposed off accordingly.
