The review application along with the application for condonation of delay of 485 is filed seeking review of order dated 01.10.2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 2074 of 2020, wherein this Court, in a group of petitions, directed the management to forward the proposal of the writ petitioners to the Education Officer for releasing their retiral benefits, by holding the petitioners therein as full-time Librarians. 3.

In identical facts and circumstances, in another bunch of matters, the State had preferred review applications along with applications for condonation of delay of 607 and 620 days caused in ksk/ 1/2

1013 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4288 OF 2024 filing the review applications. The said applications for condonation were dismissed by this Court in a group of Review Application (Stamp) No. 26353 of 2024, Civil Application No. 1538 of 2025 and other connected matters, by order dated 07.02.2025. Consequently, the review applications are also dismissed.

In another set of review applications, the Coordinate Bench, in identical facts and circumstances, in Civil Application No. 2252 of 2024 in Review Application (Stamp) No. 2730 of 2024 and other connected matters, also dismissed the applications for condonation of delay and, consequently, the review applications, by order dated 17.10.2025. 5.

In the present set of review petitions, the applications for condonation of delay are on similar grounds as in the earlier set of applications. Considering that this Court, by detailed orders dated 07.02.2025 and 17.10.2025, has dismissed the applications for condonation of delay and, consequently the review applications, we also dismiss the present applications for condonation of delay. 6.
