DATE : APRIL 28, 2025 ORDER :- Learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 makes a statement that only 18 metres-width road has already been constructed and the petitioners have neither been affected thereby nor going to be affected.

So far as regards the prayer for direction to the authorities to construct the bypass road is concerned, such prayer cannot be granted, more so, when it is informed by the respondents that there is no such proposal to construct the bypass road in terms of the letter relied on by the petitioners herein. 3.
