This Public Interest Litigation seeks prayer to quash and set aside the resolution dated 26.04.2022 to demolish Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Commercial Complex and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Market. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, in view of the report (Exhibit "C") of the Committee of Civil Engineering Department, Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon, it is recommended that Nagarparishad Administrative Building and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Shopping Complex at Jamner, Dist. Jalgoan, will ksk/ 1/2

1-Disp.of as Withdrawn become unsafe to use at any moment in future and may be strengthened as per norms or dismantled by proper methods. 3.

Learned advocate for the Municipal Council submits that already a new Shopping Complex is constructed behind these two Shopping Complexes and the shops are handed over to the allottees. 4.

In light of the above, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation. Permission is granted. Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

The amount deposited by the petitioner be refunded to him along with accrued interest.
