Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the accident was caused due to own negligence of the deceased and the quantum of the compensation has also been determined incorrectly. Hence the stay may be granted.

In view of the submissions and grounds raised in the

13fa1095.24 appeal, there shall be interim stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award till the next date, on the condition of depositing entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon in this Court, as per the impugned judgment and award, within eight weeks from today.
