The learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the respondent has moved an application for correction in his name, but he has already left the possession of disputed plot and therefore nothing survives in this appeal. On last occasion, the learned counsel, holding for Mr. Bagal, had sought time. However, today nobody remained present for the respondent. 2.
