Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel appearing for the non applicants and learned AGP for non applicant nos. 5 and 6. None appeared for non applicant nos. 4 and 7. 2.

By the present application, applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 319 days caused in lodging appeal against judgment and award dated 24.03.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation in WCFA No.51 of 2015. 3.

Though the non applicants are served with the notice of the application but they failed to file reply and have not seriously objected for condonation of delay.

Therefore, considering the nature of dispute as well as for the reasons set out in the application, the delay of 319 days caused

913-ca4772-24 while lodging the appeal is hereby condoned.

Office to register the first appeal and place before this Court for consideration on 16.04.2026.
