Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel appearing for the non applicants and learned AGP for non applicant nos. 5 and 6. None appeared for non applicant nos. 4 and 7. 2.

By the present application, applicants/employer are seeking stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 24.03.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation in WCFA No.51 of 2015. 3.

On 19.06.2024, this court passed the following order: "Heard.

02. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 31.07.2024.

03. The learned Advocate for the applicants informs that the entire

913-ca4773-24S amount of compensation is already deposited with the Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation Act. In view of the same till next date, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned judgment and award."

Since the applicants/employer has already deposited the entire amount of compensation as per Third proviso of Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act. Further, as per the order passed today in Civil Application No. 1691/2026, the original claimants are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the compensation amount, the present application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
