This application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of respondents No.20, 82, 93, 113 and 121.

In fact, on 5/2/2026, this Court allowed the Civil Application No.995/2026 filed for restoration of this Civil Application by condoning the delay in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit cost of Rs.1,44,000/-. The said order was recorded in Civil Application

C.A. No.4895/2024 :: 2 ::

No.994/2026 because of the incorrect assistance provided by learned counsel for the applicant. In that view of the matter, the order dated 5/2/2026 needs to be treated to have been passed in Civil Application No.4895/2024.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.4895/2024 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit cost of Rs.1,44,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Four Thousand) i.e. Rs.1000/- for each of the employees. After deposit of the amount, the same shall be paid to each of the respondents- employees.

Writ Petition No.14891/2021 is restored to its original stage. List the Writ Petition on 9th June 2026. (SIDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE, J.) fmp/-
