By way of this civil application, the petitioner who has been seeking compassionate appointment in the respondent no.4/school being run by the respondent no.3/Society, is seeking direction to stop the recruitment process pursuant to the advertisement dated 05.06.2024 published in Divya Marathi.

When the matter was called out in the morning session in its turn, Mr. Jitendra Patil submitted that he has instructions to appear on behalf

2 16.Civ.Appln.5196-2024.doc of respondent no.3 and 4 and had requested for keeping the matter back.

Learned Advocate Mr. Jitendra Patil for the respondent no.3 and 4 on instructions submits that the interviews have been conducted in the first session. However, he has instructed the management not to issue appointment orders.

Considering the fact that the respondent no.3 and 4 were duly served with a notice before admission in the writ petition, but had not caused appearance, but seem to have woken up to contest the present application and have also ensured that the process of recruitment is taken further and have conducted interviews, by way of interim relief we direct that no appointment orders shall be issued until further orders.
