The learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 03.

Insofar as Civil Application for stay is concerned, the learned Advocate for the applicant points out order dated 18.04.2022 passed in the matters arising out of the same acquisition proceedings wherein this Court had directed the applicant to deposit 75% of the amount as per the award with accrued interest as a condition for stay. In view of the same, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order subject to deposit of 75% of the amount in this Court as per the award passed by the learned Reference Court along with interest within eight weeks from today.
