Both the parties have arrived at compromise. The terms of compromise are placed on record, they are duly signed by the parties and their Advocates. It is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 4.

The appellant - Insurance Company has already deposited entire amount of compensation in this Court.

As per the terms of settlement X, the claimants are entitled to receive an amount of compensation of Rs.5,15,000/- along with accrued interest thereon and the appellant - Insurance Company is entitled to receive amount of Rs.1,30,116/- along with accrued interest thereon, without reference to this Court.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement X. Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of. 7.

The parties are informed that the Court fees, if any, paid by any of them, shall be refunded as per Rules.
