After hearing the respective learned advocates, consensus has been arrived at to set aside the order impugned in these petitions with a direction to Education Officer to consider the proposals for approval of the petitioners' transfer from unaided to aided posts on their own merits and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all including the intervenors herein. The exercise shall be completed within a period three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The interim order passed in WP No.3163 of 2024 to continue until the Education Officer decides the proposal. 3.
The period of 9 months delay in allowing the petitioner (in WP No.3163 of 2024) to join on the transfer post shall also be considered by the Education Officer, on its own merits. 4.
