Since the applicant/ petitioner failed to supply the copies for issuance of notice to the respondents, and there was conditional order dated 14/10/2024, and since it was not complied, the Writ Petition came to be dismissed without reference to the Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant/ petitioner submits that, he will supply the necessary copies within a period of one week. He submits that, the petition may be

restored to its original stage.

The respondents did not appear since the notice was not issued for want of copies. The applicant/ petitioner is ready to supply copies for issuance of notice. Hence, the application is allowed. Writ Petition is restored to file, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) to be paid by the applicant/ petitioner to the High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad.
