This application is filed by the legal heirs of brother of deceased Suresh, who claims to be the sharer to the property of his family. He has, therefore, prayed to add as a party when the appeal is filed by deceased Suresh. The other party have no objection. 2.

It is undisputed that the applicant happens to be a member of the family having likely to be affected.

Considering the above, application stands allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 4.
