Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of his amount of compensation. This Court under order dated 19.01.2023 in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire amount of compensation. 2.

In view of the same, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw his amount of compensatin alongwith accrued interest till date, 75% on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The application is accordingly disposed off.
