( 4 ) 1.
Mr. Dande, learned AGP, would fairly submit that, as far as land valuation is concerned, the appeals may now be settled on that point since the valuation would be less than four times the amount granted by the SLAO. Mr. Dande would submit that the only issue now to be dealt with is the valuation of the trees, which, according to the appellants, has been exhaustively addressed by the learned Reference Court. Mr. Dande, learned AGP, would submit that he shall prepare a chart for every matter in this group, showing matter-wise how much was granted for the trees by the SLAO and how much was granted by the learned Reference Court. Mr. Dande would submit that compiling the enhancement in such a chart would make it easier to adjudicate these matters, as only a very small amount of controversy remains in the cases. 2.
Mr. Jayabhar, learned counsel for respondent no. 1, also agrees to this and undertakes to cooperate with Mr. Dande, learned AGP, in preparing such a chart to facilitate earlier adjudication of the First Appeals. 3.
Stand over to 04.11.2025.
