Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, though there are other legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3, but the legal representative of respondent No.3 is his nephew - Saurabh claiming on the basis will executed by deceased respondent No.3. The copy of said will clearly indicates that, wife and children of deceased respondent No.3 are also alive.

As such, to ascertain that whether the will is disputed those legal representatives are also required to be brought on record. 3.

Learned Counsel for applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave as prayed granted.
