It appears that the Bank has filed an affidavit dated 19.09.2024 along with chart giving proposal to the respondents employees for making such payments, which the Bank has made to the other employees. The respondents to respond to this particular affidavit before the next date. However, in the event, the respondents are not accepting it, the matter would be heard on merits on the next date or as and when it is possible for this court.

The offer made by the Bank is without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner Bank to contest the matter on merits, if, the offer is not accepted.
