Application is for condonation of delay of 233 days caused in filing first appeal. Reliance is placed on para Nos. 2 to 6 of the application for condonation of delay.

Mr. Suraj Bagal, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Insurance company would oppose the application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to condone the delay. There are no malafides on the part of the applicants in preferring the appeal belatedly. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The civil application is disposed of. Office is directed to register the first appeal.
