It is informed by the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Hon that the SLP is pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court wherein the issue to be decided is as to whether the findings recorded by the learned Civil Court are binding upon the authorities under the Money Lending Act. The said SLP is coming on 6th May 2025. He submits that the faith of this petition will depend upon the judgment in the said SLP.

Considering above, he prays for some time.

Learned Senior Advocate Mr. Dhorde however, strongly submitted that in the Writ Petition No. 5710/2023, the authority has directed to refund the amount which is in the tune of Rs.3 crores (in total). In view of this, the same would amount to money decree. The petitioners, therefore, be directed to deposit the amount in this Court for further consideration of the writ petition and for continuation of stay. 4.
However, this Court finds that since 2022, there is no any interim order passed, it would not be now proper to hear the parties on the
( 5 ) point of interim relief when the Court has expressed that the petition will be taken up for final disposal.

In view of above, stand over to 12th June 2025, in urgent category. 6.
Parties are put to notice that if time permits, matter would be taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 7.
