The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Claimant submits that he is not pressing this Application for remaining amount and seeks liberty to prefer Cross-objection in the Appeal filed by the Insurance Company.

It is not in dispute that the subject matter of the Appeal is the impugned Judgment and Award in respect of the injury claim of the Applicant. It is also not disputed that the Appellant / Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount under the Award which runs into Rs.22,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two Lakh) and odd. It is also not in dispute that the Applicant on the earlier occasion is permitted to withdraw Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh).
